Today, 6 years and over 50 events later, The Small Town Social® supports thousands of women throughout the area (and beyond!) with its popular socials, immersive personal + professional development workshops, off-site retreats, online membership community, and annual women’s conference, GLOWcon, attracting women from as far as Raleigh and Charlotte, Virginia and New York.

Elisabeth (Liz) Fleming is a multi-passionate 2x business owner, mom, military spouse, entrepreneur, CEO, and life coach who is obsessed with helping ambitious women step into their power and purpose, on purpose.

She's spent two decades honing her interpersonal communications skills as an award-winning PR pro, developing unique coaching methods, learning, experimenting and designing results-driven strategies to achieve the ultimate joy, success, abundance and peace in her life and, now, she wants to share it all with you.
